We’re making it easy for our customers to do right by the planet by providing an option at checkout to offset 100% of the carbon emissions associated with shipping your order. Additionally, every single package is protected against theft, damage, and carrier mishandling to ensure your goods arrive safe and sound. We’ll do right by the planet together!

How do I add Green Shipping Protection to my order? JO Candle Company has partnered with CORSO to provide Carbon Offsets and Shipping Protection to our customers. If you purchased Green Shipping Protection with your order and your package was damaged, lost, or stolen, here's how you request a reorder.

Reorders are made easy at reorder.corso.com or by emailing support@corso.com. You will need your order number and the email address you placed your order with. Your order number can be found on the order confirmation email. Once you indicate if the package was damaged, lost, or stolen and complete the request, you will get a reorder confirmation. If you did purchase Green Shipping Protection, please contact CORSO with any questions you have regarding shipping issues.

Green Shipping Protection is automatically added to your cart at checkout.  You will have the option to opt-out, but we recommend keeping this service upon checkout to ensure your package is covered for any (lost, stolen, or damaged packages). CORSO allows our customers premium order protection, automated approvals and seamless claim resolution on lost, stolen and damaged packages. JO Candle Company cannot replace any (lost, stolen, missing or damaged packages) if you do not have CORSO package protection.
