How does JO Candle Company protect your information?

Unfortunately, no security measures are foolproof, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.  However, our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall when you place your order online, we use encryption technology to protect your personal information during data transport.  This includes your name, address, and credit card number, before it is transmitted to us to avoid the decoding of your information by anyone other than JO Candle Company.
